Wishfor (wishfor.in) is operated by Mohan Murari Jatrothu, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying a surprise page, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Wishfor lets you personalise an interactive surprise web page (for example for a birthday or anniversary) and share it as a private link such as wishfor.in/yourname. You can build and watch your page for free. You pay a one-time fee only when you want the shareable link. The price is shown on the final step before you pay.

Delivery

This is a digital product. Your link is created and shown on screen immediately after a successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

How long a link stays live

We keep each paid link live for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your content

• You are responsible for the names, messages and other text you add. Do not add anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Only send a surprise to someone you know. Do not use Wishfor to impersonate, deceive or harass anyone.
• We may disable a link that breaks these rules, without a refund.

The lock on a page

A surprise page opens with a date you choose. This is a fun lock, not a security feature. Anyone with the link who knows or guesses the date can open it, so do not put private information such as passwords, ID numbers or bank details in your message.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our designs

The templates, animations, code and branding of Wishfor belong to us. Buying a link gives you the right to share that page. It does not give you the right to copy or resell the templates.

Liability

We work hard to keep every page working on current phones and browsers, but the service is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
